Permit is for the removal of the old chimney chase and the construction of a chimney for a new direct vent fireplace in the existing area, chimney is to be of 2x6 wood construction, plywood sheathing, on existing footing, also the repair of roof area where old chimney chase was attached to be repaired and matching existing roof construction.
