This project is to include the removal of a portion og the basement floor to install a second bearing footing to create a bearing wall at either side of the basement hallway. This new bearing wall will allow for the removal of a portion of the floor joists above the hallway to allow for the placement of the furnace main plenum into the floor area and allow for better headroom in the basement. All re-framing of the floor ceiling will be of code complying methods. All per the approved plans as marked, ACCA report and the plan review notes. pep
