This project is for the relocation of an the main level (575s.f.) of an existing 900s.f. single family dwelling from 611 N Walnut Street. The relocation of the dwelling unit requires all reasonable upgrades including out dated wiring, mechanical and plumbing in the dwelling. the replacement of the windows to meet the Prescriptive energy requirements that include the minimum attic insulation of R-38, floor insulation of R-30, and R-15 in any exterior walls that are opened up for repairs. The windows if not updated are required to be updated to a minimum a .35 U-value. All glazing in hazzardous locations must be safety glazed. R-C ok per Leon Letson through CAA14-00070 with Deed Restrictions. All per the approved plans as marked, Energy prescriptive method and the plan review notes. pep
