PLAN MODIFICATION 5-7-15 – Modification submitted to add 4 offices and a server / break room by expanding into the warehouse area (associated electrical, mechanical, and finishes).**TLW** Type of construction for this building has been re evalutated see cover sheet of approved plans. New 1 hour tenant demising wall and new office in existing warehouse space. Scope of work to include nonbearing noncombustible interior walls, open office, break room, 2 ADA compliant restrooms, hi/low drinking fountain, new windows, ceiling system, lighting. Interior finish shall meet IBC chapter 8 requirements. New exterior opening for new windows shall meet engineering specifications in approved plans. No racking is approved under this permit. Racking over 8 feet requires a separate building permit. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
