This project is for the repair of fire damage to an existing 2989s.f. 2-story single family dwelling. The project will include the removal of the interior wall coverings and replacement of insulation as needed. There are select floor joists to be replaced above the kitchen area. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
