Simplot Office Building - Superstructure - To construct the beams, columns, floors, trusses, shear walls and other superstructure elements of a new approximate 306,330 square foot, nine story office high rise building. The foundation is being constructed under JUMP underground garage building permit BLD12-01330. Work under this permit shall not proceed beyond the superstructure until final approval of the plans and issuance of the next phase building permit. That permit has not yet been applied for. As owner or designated agent, I acknowledge that I am performing this work at my own risk without assurance that the permit for the entire building structure will be granted, and I agree to make any modifications to the building structure work as may be required to comply with the City Codes and the final approved building plans and conditions.
