“This permit project is for the enclosure of an exterior open porch area that will include the infill of the architectural archways and framing in of 2-windows. This remodel will create a new enclosed, non-conditioned storage area accessed from the interior of the dwelling by existing exterior patio doors. If this space is opened up to the dwelling in the future it will require separate permits to convert same to conditioned living space complying with the International Residential Code, National Electrical Code and the International Energy Conservation Code.
