This project is for the remodel of an existing single family dwelling that will include the removal of an existing bearing partition and replacing it with a new double microlam beam. the project will also include the reconfiguration of the existing fireplace area and installing a new gas fireplace. Separate electrical and mechanical permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
