This facility will be an outpatient clinic where persons are NOT rendered incapable of self-preservation by the services provided. A medical gas system will NOT be provided. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior glass sliding doors, millwork, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. All equipment shall be listed and labeled per the adopted Electrical Code with approval from the PDS Electrical Inspection Section. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
