This project is for the repair of fire damage the to the lower level of an existing 1454s.f. split level single family dwelling. The project will include new fau ducting. there will be electrical repair as needed; new windows on the lower level with drywall replacement as needed. Separate electrical and mechanical permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes with attached scope of work. pep
