This project is for the addition of 315s.f. and remodel to an existing single family dwelling. The additon wil include the creation of a bump-out of 10s.f. for a new gas fireplace. The addition will allow for the expansion and reconfiguration of the kitchen anea, add a built in breakfast nook, a new mudroom with a new stair and landing that connects to the existing stair system. The project will include select interior partition work to create a new pantry and coat closet on the main level along with reconfiguring and enlarging the basement bathroom area. There are also to be a select window replacement and 2-egress windows from the basement. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required.
