(FOOT LOCKER – BTS SPACE # 1170) Permit is to remodel an existing 3,019 square foot retail tenant space with in a covered mall building. This tenant space was last remodeled under BLD10-00516 for “Foot Locker”. Scope of work includes: new mechanical system, new suspended ceiling, new accessible counter, minor changes to existing partition walls, new lighting, new accessible doors / hardware, and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department, The smoke evacuation system shall remain operational as originally installed under the 1985 UBC.
