(DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS - SECURITY VESTIBULE) Fire sprinklers used for building area increase. To resolve a security concern within an existing 18,234 square foot tenant space. The tenant improvement work for this tenant was done under permit BLD14-00321. The Certificate of Occupancy issued under that permit is still valid. To isolate a required egress path serving a public lobby from the adjacent employee office areas. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior egress doors, access control devices on the non-egress side of egress doors, and panic hardware on the egress side of egress doors. Exit signs and emergency lights are required where “red lined” on the drawings. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
