Permit is for the remodel of the rear existing patio deck which is to include new lumber decking, joist, guards, post and footings, the deck will also increase in size by 64 sq. ft. by removing the stairs which has access to exit from other stairs, construction of deck is to be per the approved plans and current local codes.
