This project is for the extensive repair of fire damage to an existing 2757s.f. single family dwelling and 480s.f. addition to the dwelling for two (2) sleeping rooms, a new pantry, extension of the dining area along with a small storage area room. The addition will include the installation of a new girder truss or engineered beam to support the existing portion of the dwelling rear wall along with select required roof framing, trusses etc. R-1C setbacks approved by Sue Cummings. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required. All per the approved floor plan as marked, energy prescriptive method and the plan review notes.
