Permit is for the hillside construction of a new 880 sq. ft. (20’x44’) Gunite swimming pool at the rear of the home, all work and pool construction is to be installed per the approved plans, engineering, appendix G, and current local codes, an electrical and plumbing permit is required. A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the pool subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling inspections.
