This permit is for the remodel of an existing single family that will include select interior partition work to create a new 3/4 master bathroom and powder room off of the off of the reconfigured laundry area along with the reconfiguration of the kitchen area. The project will also include window replacements. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
