(DENNIS DILLION MAZDA/KIA REMODEL) Plan modification 3-18-15 changes to exterior facade and updated landscaping, exterior facades were updated removing the archway and maintaining the horizontal canopy and athe addition of ACM panels at the pilasters, the color of the ramp was also updated The interior of the project was modified by adding some millwork to some of the interior space and changing the layout of the break room and addinga childrens area with half walls. **ajs** Exterior and interior renovation; addition of 42 sq. ft. office of canopy onto existing overhang. Work includes select demolition per plans; construction of walls to created enclosed office; renovations of 2 ADA compliant restrooms, new HI/LOW ADA compliant drinking fountain. Demo of existing drop ceiling, ceiling to be left open with completed renovation. Install footings, columns and roof for new canopy and parapet walls with roof for new canopy extension; existing ADA and non ADA compliant hand rails and guard rails to be removed and re installed. All railing shall meet ADA requirements when reinstalled. New luminaries & controls in remodel / addition area; electrical, mechanical & plumbing work and indicated site work. AJS
