Work includes select demolition per plans; construction of walls to created enclosed office; renovations of 2 ADA compliant restrooms, new HI/LOW ADA compliant drinking fountain. Demo of existing drop ceiling, ceiling to be left open with completed renovation. Install footings, columns and roof for new canopy and parapet walls with roof for new canopy extension; existing ADA and non ADA compliant hand rails and guard rails to be removed and re installed. All railing shall meet ADA requirements when reinstalled. New luminaries & controls in remodel / addition area; electrical, mechanical & plumbing work and indicated site work. AJS
