Work to include: demolition of interior non-bearing walls, [construction of new interior non-bearing walls to create: 18 exam rooms, 5 offices, 4 accessible toilet rooms, and other support areas], removal of a portion of CMU wall, construction of engineered header / lintel systems, new lighting, new mechanical, new plumbing, new accessible doors / hardware, and new interior finishes. This building is fully Fire sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
