This remodel project is to include the removal of a 19ft section of upper level bearing wall and replacing same with beam. the project will also include the reconfiguration of the lower level bathroom to create a new master suite. there will be a new egress window cut into the basement wall of the master bedroom. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
