This 1st phase of this remodel project is to include the openeing of select ceiling and wall coverings to reveal possible structural questions along with interior partition work to update the center mechanical electrical, plumbing area of the dwelling. All in preporation for the 2nd phase of the project in the future. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
