(Arbor Crossing Apartments - Building G - unit 106) - For repairs to a fire damaged structure with work to include the removal of the interior sheetrock HVAC ducting and air handler, new sheetrock will be install per the original construction and a new air handler and ducting will be installed per the approved manual J, D & S attached. The original unit separation walls were 1 hour with cavity insulation and a single layer of 5/8" type X gypsum on each unit side of a double stud wall assembly. There is also a building separation wall that has a two hour party wall constructed of a double stud wall with cavity insulation and a two layers of 5/8" type X gypsum on each side of the wall. The ceiling assembly consists of 2 x 10 joists with a single layer of 5/8" type X gypsum over resiliant channel at 12"O.C.All assemblies are required to be installed per the original construction documents.
