All work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. The corridor doors are required to be a 20 minute listed & labeled, self-closing, fire / smoke door / frame assembly. A certificate of completion shall be issued when work is completed and a final inspection has occurred. "This building is fully Fire Sprinklered for R1 occupancy and has an approved Fire Alarm system.
