(BROWN AND CALDWELL - BANNER BANK - STE 350) This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. Defered submittal of engineering recieved 11-5-14 TLW. To remodel 9,434 square feet of a previously 15,542 square foot whole floor tenant space permitted under BLD06-02833 (Idaho Power). Work is to include: interior Nxtwall demountable nonbearing partitions, construction of new one-hour corridor sections, installation of accessible doors / hardware, millwork, and finishes. The access floor system and the suspended ceilings were installed under permit BLD05-02939. The shell and core, including the core restrooms, were constructed under permit BLD04-02348. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW***
