(DECLARA)(FULTON ANNEX BUILDING)This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1hr fire restive construction. Permit to remodel a portion of the second floor to create an open office work space in the existing tenant space. The ramp and walkway will be widened to meet current accessibility code and to provide a discernible egress path for the adjacent hallway. See BLD01-00921, this provides access to a second exit for the occupants off the 3rd floor. Occupant load from 3rd floor is 8 doors is not required to swing in direction of egress path. The 3rd floor mezzanine area is part of this tenant space. Access through existing tenant space for exiting previously approved exit hardware shall allow exiting at all times from adjacent tenant space. Existing restrooms, stairways, and elevator will be utilized. All mechanical, plumbing and electrical modifications will be design built. No structural changes. Additional building history under BLD05-00866. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
