(NEW LIFE FELLOWSHIP - ENTRANCE CANOPY ADDITION) This building does NOT have a fire sprinkler system. To remodel the entry of an existing church building. The existing concrete landing and steps at the entry will be demolished. New work is to include a 120 square foot entry canopy with concrete footings, steel columns, steel beams, a plywood roof deck, and asphalt shingles; wood siding to replace an exterior brick veneer wainscot; new entry doors; concrete steps with handrails; and a concrete ramp with handrails all located at or near the main entrance to the church building. This is a scope of work permit only. This permit does not establish a Certificate of Occupancy for the building. A letter of compliance was issued earlier. This permit does not trigger any code upgrades within the building. Special Inspection is required for concrete and for welding. None of the new work, except for concrete slabs on grade, is allowed to encroach beyond the property line into the public way. All new work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
