Micron Building #15 - (C21720) - Fab Remodel – Permit to remodel approximately 11,180 S.F. of space in B15 on the 1st Floor between gridlines 11 & 2 and G & L to accommodate a processing area for “SPECTECH”. Work to include: installation of new ceiling grid system, installation of new lighting / switching, construction of new interior non-load bearing walls to define this area off from the rest, modify the corridor to accommodate new entrance (Corridor downgraded), installation of new interior doors / accessible hardware, minor mechanical modifications, minor electrical, and interior finishes.
