Permit is for the construction of a new 613 sq. ft. addition to the rear of the home and a new front covered porch, work to include the removing of interior non-load bearing walls at bedroom #2 to allow hallway space, the removal of a wall in the kitchen area for a larger kitchen area, new bathroom at hallway area and the new addition of the utility room, master bedroom, master bathroom, and master closet, all work to be per the approved plans and current local codes.
