(Nikon Early start tenant improvement) A partial permit is issued for construction to the framing stage including rough-in electrical, plumbing and mechanical while plans for the space are being reviewed. Construction not meeting code must be removed prior to framing inspection approval and any further construction being endorsed. This is a fully sprinklered building with a fire alarm.
