This project is for the interior remodel of an existing single family dwelling. The project will include select interior partition work to realign main level bearing walls to be over foundation bearing. Drywall repair and replacement as needed. This will allow for better roof framing support. The project will also include the repair of water and deteriation of framing members; window infill and replacement etc. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
