The elevator was constructed and the roof top HVAC units were installed under permit BLD06-00879. This space was last occupied by “Le Master and Daniels” under BLD06-01893. Work is to include: interior nonbearing walls, interior door, interior finishes and new accessible hardware. The work is required to comply with all redlines on the drawings.
