This project is ofr the addition of 120s.f. to the existing detached garage accessed by a man door. There will be 330s.f. to dormer added to the garage upper levle creating a 7'-4" clear ceiling height in that area along with a rear 224s.f. covered porch addition to the rear of the dwelling.
