This building is accessory to the dwelling units located in the Harris Ranch Mixed Use Building that was permitted under BLD14-03081. This permit is intended to establish a Certificate of Occupancy only for the garage building. Work is to include concrete retaining walls, concrete footings, concrete foundations, exterior concrete flat work, interior concrete slab on grade, wood stud exterior walls, shear walls with hold downs, wood truss roof system, exterior roll-up doors, interior finishes, and exterior finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, with the structural design, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. Special inspection is required for concrete and soils. The design for the engineered wood trusses is deferred submittal items. **CJW**
