(THE OWYHEE TI #2 - 3RD STORY - SOUTHEAST CORNER) The fire sprinkler system is used for area, story, and height increase. To construct a 2,683 square foot office tenant space in the Southeast corner of the 3rd story of the Owyhee Place historic building. The shell and core upgrade work was done under permit BLD13-00938. A non-rated corridor was constructed to connect the exit stairways under permit BLD14-01091. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors with glass sidelights, millwork, suspended acoustical ceilings, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 (including quick-response heads where not provided) and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. A fire sprinkler permit shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems.
