(Army Corps of Engineering)(Suite 245)This project consists of the construction of a new tenant demising wall to creat a new 3,144 s.f. tenant space (Suite 245) for the Army Corps of Engineers on the 2nd Floor of Central Plaza, BLD14-03325. The leftover 1,288 s.f. will serve as unoccupied space for future tenant improvements BLD14-03326. A temporary door will be installed to provide emergency access to this space. Other work consists of construction of non-load bearing walls, finishes, and mechanical and electrical modifications to support the new tenant space. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
