(**VANILLA FINISH** – Gateway Shopping Center) Permit is to add a 70 ft. 2 hour separation wall to subdivide an existing 7,121 square foot (Honk’s 99 Cent – BLD01-00552) into two separate tenant spaces. The most Northerly space will be addressed 2757 and is being permitted under BLD14-03282. This space is the more Southerly space and is addressed 2769. This side will have a square footage of 2,577 square feet and requires a separate tenant improvement permit prior to occupancy. This space may require additional bathrooms, drinking fountains, or a mop sink dependent on new proposed use. There is no scope of work for this project. This permit is to document the creation of this space. NOTE: This space will require a separate Tenant Improvment prior to occupying this space. Additional bathrooms and a drinking fountain may be required. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
