To construct the concrete foundation and concrete slab on grade of Phase I in preparation for enclosing the former 890 square foot covered drive-through of an existing building. This building has a total floor area, including the former drive-through, of about 3,224 square feet. This permit is for concrete only. This permit does not establish a Certificate of Occupancy. The rest of the work will be done under permit BLD14-03170. The Certificate of Occupancy will also be established under that permit. A Temporary Use Permit for 90 days was granted for this tenant under permit BLD14-02865. This permit does NOT cover Phase II work. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, with the structural design, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
