Micron Building 1X - Remodel Plenums 1X and 2X - (C22649) - To remove some existing cleanroom wall panels and add 80 lf of cleanroom wall as return air chase; replace existing (original construction) access floor tiles with new 3000# capacity access floor tiles; remove and replace some of the ceiling HEPA filters and ceiling tiles; To relocate an automatic, horizontal sliding, breakaway door.This work is being done on the first floor of Building 1X at the area of Bay 103A and Plenum 2X.
