Permit to install a 10x10x4 foot geothermal in ground spa. See approved plans for construction and bonding. Any plumbing connection between the geothermal and potable water shall have a backflow preventer. All plumbing shall meet the requirements of the plumbing code where applicable. See attached barrier requirement AG105 for the required protection.
