**(ADA AUTO REPAIR)** Application for inspection to determine requirements for issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for a 1,300 sq ft existing auto-repair tenant. This space was constructed in Ada County’s Jurisdiction in 1950 when no code was in effect. The east exterior wall has existing windows. It is unknown what the separation to the property line is on that side of the building; however, it appears to be 2-3 ft. away. This wall may need corrected if the building is remodeled or changes occupancy in the future. At this the IEBC allows the openings to remain as is. NO NEW WORK IS AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS PERMIT.
