This project is for the remodel and completion of the basement in an existing single family dwelling. The project will include the cutting in of egress windows and window well fabrication along with interior partition work to create 2-bedrooms, bathroom and laundry rooms in the basement. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked, energy prescriptive method along with the plan review notes. pep
