This project is for the remodel of and 139s.f. addition to an existing 2186s.f. single family dwelling. The project will include the expansion of the main level bedrooms; creation of a 2nd bath on the main level along with the re-direction of the basement stairway. There will be select interior partition work to include a new mudroom off of the garage and creating closet space in the basement bedrooms. The project will also include select egress and energy code upgrades on windows. R-1C ok per Colleen Carroll. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required.
