Work to include: Demolition work per plans; construct a new tenant demising wall; construction of new interior nonbearing walls to create: offices, sales room, kids room, men's locker room, women's locker room, group room, storage room, utility room, and tanning rooms; install a dual height (high-lo) accessible drinking fountain; install a service sink; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC; installation of new HVAC units; installation of a new suspended ceiling system; plumbing, mechanical, electrical work; and all other work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, engineering, and adopted codes.
