(MCGAVIN DAYCARE) To remodel an existing Intermediate daycare facility and change the occupancy in one room from office to classroom. Work to include: Change the existing swing direction of exit doors and providing panic hardware due to the increase in occupant load to be greater than 50; and install a manual fire alarm system. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agancies approvals.
