This project is for the addition of 432s.f. to an existinf 237s.f. singla car detached garage. The addition is to be conditioned space that extends over the top of the existing garage with proper separation. The upper level is accessed by a code compying stair in the main level of the addition. There will possibly be a wash sink on the mail level also. R-1CH ok per DRH14-00407 by Sarah Schafer. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required.
