This project is for the repair of fire damage in an existing 1576s.f. 1-story single family dwelling. the repair will consist of the replacement of the trusses over the main portion of the dwelling and select roof fraining repair over the garage itself (overbuild and tie in) the project will include the replacement of the heating & cooling system that will require minimum window U-value of minimum of U.35, insulation of the entire floor under living space while using R-13 for the exterior walls and R-38 insulation in the ceiling. insulation heating upgrades are to meet the minimum requirements of the ACCA report attached.
