(VANILLA FINISH)(FIVE MILE PLAZA) Remodel for a new 11,714 sq. ft. future retail in an existing building per approved plans. This remodel will split the existing original 23,417 sq. ft. retail space. The other portion of the original space was permitted and approved under BLD14-03531. Work to include: fur-out exterior “Mass” walls to add exterior wall insulation, [construction of interior non-bearing walls to create accessible restrooms and janitors closet], install a dual height (high-lo) accessible drinking fountain, minor mechanical, new electrical service, install a service sink and related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. NOTE: This is a “Vanilla Finish” a full code review was not completed. A separate tenant improvement must be submitted for a proposed use and evaluated for full compliance with current code for that use. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
