Permit is for the remodel of the existing family room and bathroom to include a new kitchen cabnitry, new master bedroom, closet, and restroom, work is to include the removal of interior non-load bearing walls, installation of new non-load bearing walls, relocation of tub/shower, toilet, and vanity. All work to be per the approved plans and current local codes, an electrical, mechanical and plumbing permit is required. JG
