This project is for the remodel of the basement area of an existing ing single family dwelling. The project will include select interior partition work to allow for the creaztion of a bathroom and future mechanical room. The project will also include the cutting of the concrete basement wall to allow for the installation of code complying egress windows. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. All per the approved plans as makred and the plan review notes. pep
