This project is for the placement of a new trussed roof structure over an existing single family dwelling with a flat roof. Some of the existing roof framing will be removed and remaining will be left in place. The project will also include the removal of the interior framing coverings to allow for replacement of drywall along with the firring out of the exterior wall framing to allow for insulation upgrade. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
